Are your peptides tested by a third party?
Yes. Every production batch is submitted to an independent, ISO 17025-accredited laboratory for HPLC and LC-MS/MS analysis before release. The resulting purity, identity and mass-balance data are published as a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA), which ships with your order and can also be looked up on our Quality & Testing page using the lot number printed on each vial.
How do I access the COA for my specific lot?
Each vial label includes a unique lot number (format AX-XXX-0000-X). Enter that number in the batch lookup on the Quality & Testing page to view and download the PDF report. Orders also include a printed COA summary card in the package.
What purity level do your peptides meet?
Catalog peptides are released at 98.8%–99.3% purity as verified by HPLC area-normalization. Exact purity for your lot is stated on its COA. We do not list a single blanket percentage because we report per-lot results rather than a catalog average.
Are products made in the USA?
Yes. All peptides are synthesized and lyophilized in cGMP-compliant facilities in the United States, then tested at independent U.S. laboratories. Each vial is labeled 'Made in USA' with its lot and expiration date.
How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST are dispatched the same business day. U.S. orders typically arrive in 2–4 business days via tracked shipping. Free standard shipping applies to all U.S. orders over $150; international tracked options are available at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp and select cryptocurrencies. Payments are processed through PCI-compliant gateways; we do not store card details on our servers.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes — a 30-day research satisfaction guarantee. If a product arrives damaged, is mislabeled, or fails to match its published COA, contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund. We also offer free replacement of any damaged vial, no questions asked.
Can I request custom synthesis or bulk pricing?
Yes. We support custom synthesis for research peptides and volume pricing for labs and institutions. Submit a request through the Contact page with sequence, quantity and purity requirements and our team will respond within one business day.
Are your products for human use?
No. All products are sold strictly for in-vitro research, laboratory analysis and educational use. They are not for human or animal consumption, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. By ordering you confirm you are at least 21 years old and understand the research-only purpose of these products.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries via tracked courier. Customs and import duties, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient. Some peptides may be restricted in your jurisdiction — it is your responsibility to verify local regulations before ordering.
